More things to think about: Can you do niftier stuff faster? Can you add things like decorating the restaurant in your down time? Can you leave a few simple things (swords, poodles, etc.) for kids who come in after you've left? Do you make complimentary balloons for the staff? Has the business picked up since you have been there? Can you help him draft up some advertisement for the night you're there to increase the business for the both of you?
