Some people always need something to cry about. As you know I also use Prestige in place of the colors I don't like from Pioneer. Which also come in 100 count bags. Coincidence, I think not. Do you think Pioneer has someone that checks to make sure they put the right amount of bad balloons in each bag? I guess T. has some pull because I average less then one bad balloon per bag. I also have almost no breakage due to balloon quality. I have more to say but have to run and check for bad balloons and make up excuses for breaking the balloons I'm twisting.
