NO! I do not think they throw bad balloons in there on purpose, but like 
someone else said 5% is bad. It makes me look bad 5% more. I can see the 
siameese balloons and the ones with huge holes in them. You can see a thin 
nozzle a mile away. And yes all corporations are all trying to knock out the 
compition. I'm not going to teach everyone aroung how to make balloons it 
mean less bussiness for me and people are less impressed. Qualtex is not 
going to want other companies out there takeing up a share of the market 
either.
