Pardon me, but if you're popping 10-15 a bag, you DO need help.  A buddy and
myself twisted last night at the WNBA All Star game, we went through
hundreds of Qualatex and Prestige balloons, and popped maybe a half-dozen
between us.  He mentioned afterwards about the people complaining about
popping balloons, and commented that the majority of the popping balloons
are due to three factors:  changes in temperature (e.g., extreme heat);
static electricity; and twister error.  And the first two can be controlled
by twister also.  Very few balloons pop due to factory defects.

And if your prices went up, you should get a new supplier.
