Subject: Stage routine for balloons

I am primarily a magician, so excuse my memory for balloon workers, but about 
7
 years ago I saw a balloon stage worker at the Iowa State Fair. He wore a 
white
 suit and did about a haf-hour act. It kept the audiences attention and had
 audience participation. The only details I remember were those of a girl,
 probably 8 years old, on stage, and he made her a balloon motorcycle. He also
 blew up by mouth, and did some wierd thing to them where he pulled the 
balloons
 away from his mouth, tying at the same time (used toungue? teeth?). He was
 entertaining.
 
 Anyone know who he was? I'm sure he'd be a great source for how to present
 balloons on stage.
