Ok,

So, I am not the best twister out there, but I will offer you my advice for
this one. John holmes has a tape with a honey loving bear on it. If I was
going to make a hello kitty, I would use that body, in the colors of your
choice, I would use white for the arms, and legs, and a pink body. The
problem of course now becomes, how to make the head. If it were me, I would
use a white round and pen and ink the needed stuff or buy the mouse head
balloons underinflate and add a pick bow to one of the ears, pen and ink the
rest.

Just me thinking out loud.
