Hmmm... I have the tape that you mentioned, but the honey lovin bear also
uses glue to keep the ears in place.  Your mention of adding the pink bow
gave me an idea...

Take a Geo and turn it inside out, then inflate.  You should have something
that looks like a somewhat squashed heart shape.  If you twist off a bubble
in each of the lobes, they would become the ears.  To keep them from coming
undone, you can tie a scrap of 260 around them.  One of these would be the
attachment point for the pink bow.
