I also need directions for a Tigger for some work with Disney.  If anyone
has directions for a Tigger hat or standing Tigger (would prefer a hat but I
could always adapt the standing) then please contact me direct:

I know the Ballooneur from Disneyland Paris, Arthur Tivolli I think his name
is, does one - if you are out there Arthur and would be kind enough to share
