Any balloon twisters in this area?  I did a search of Balloon HQ but did not
find any twisters (plenty of decorators).  I will be flying (with balloons
in hand) into Hartford Sunday evening and will be leaving Wednesday eve.
Both Monday and Tuesday eves will be open for jamming.  Please email me
