Subject: heat and large outdoor sculptures

hi ,
I've been asked to do a small child size arch and 4' tall horses for a 
birthday party.
  The problem is it's going to be August 10th and the heat index here is 
already between 105 and 110 and will get worse in August.
  I don't think the heat  is going to make doing it outside feasible.
  What do ya'll think?
