I believe it was Roger Siegel  who put out a magic trick in the 80’s
called Mr. Balloon. You made a little face from a balloon, then had
someone select a playing card. The little guy would stick out his tongue
and a miniature playing card that matched the selected card would be on
the tongue. I used to make them all the time. (Although I didn’t
perform the trick, just what the world needs, another card revelation
using a mini card stuck to something.)

I think Hank Lee's Magic shop in Boston still sells it. It was only
$5.00 and included the instructions for making the face.
