I totally agree with Sir T. I never expect a payment, and I only give out 
names of the people I trust and know are good. (Sir T is very good!). I have 
had business come back from my referrals. 
Gosh, I hope I never offended anyone when I didn't give them any $$$. I would 
want the person to let me know that is what they want from the referral 
before I accepted the gig. Not saying I wouldn't pay....just need to know.
