I know that some of you do balloon decorating as well as twisting- so could
someone please help me out?  I've been asked to give an estimate for
decorating a gym... they want a 6 foot arch I think, as well as some
"people" balloons.  Can someone help me figure out what to charge?  I was
going to post this to the 'decorator" list as well, but I haven't been on it
four days...
