 But WHERE do you find instructions and the proper balloons to make those 
perfect, tight-as-a-Scotsman balloon columns and arches. I have tried, and 
they come out loose and uneven. I also do not see the nice, shiny, opaque 
balloons that they use, on Myer's site. Where do you order that type of 
balloon, and the perfectly round 20-24 incher's I see used? Merek
