AAAAAAArrrrrghhghghhhhh!
    How frustrating this is! I looked for about six months before I could
find a decent priced distributor of Qualatex balloons in Canada, even though
they are made in Canada. Now, even though nobody responded when I asked
about where to get different colours, I find that Prestige are in in Quebec
which is (still) a part of Canada.
    Now does anybody know if there is a distributor of Prestige in Canada? I
did a web search and all I come up with are references to BalloonHq archives
discussions about Prestige.
    I did follow one of the links to an old BHq archive
