Try contacting Balloon Supply of America.  I requested a sample pack a
couple years back, and it came complete with sheets of instructions (with
great photos) on doing balloon arches, and other decorative balloon stuff.
Plus a nice folder of samples of every single color of balloons they carry-
real 6" samples of balloons that you can blow up and compare and match
colors.  I don't have their phone number anymore, but you can probably get
