Hi all,

Well, Marcia, sounds to me like the problem you have with braided balloons
could be any one of three:
1. Over inflating -- remember to leave the balloons a little "growing room"
an inch or two left un inflated when you tie your knot than force inflated to
soften the balloon should help.

2. Old or compromised balloons - Are you keeping your balloons and back stock
protected from the forces of nature? I.E. keeping them out of the sun and
heat and remembering if you are working in cold temperatures to warm the
balloons up slightly before inflation so that they will not be quite as
fragile.

3. Plain old bad luck. Happens to the best of us...

As for the bowlegged stance on your larger figures. Sounds to me like you
just need to gently straighten out the little critters limbs just before you
hand 'um over.

Hope this helped :-)
