I checked on this book and T Myers told me that the publisher had gone out of 
business.  What we need to do is somehow let the Captain know he needs to get 
a new publisher so we can get his book!  By the way, don't confuse this book 
with "Captain Visual's Big Book of Balloons" (No "art") becuase this is a 
seasonal book and doesn't seem as cool as the original to me.  Lots of stuff 
for theme parties, though, so if you need that kind of stuff it's fine.  
Barnes and Noble still has this one, I think.
