Subject: My daughter...

Ladies and gents,

Soon I will have the pleasure of introducing my newly discovered 13 year old
daughter to all those here at BHQ. I am proud to say that she seems to have
a talent and a desire to improve as a balloon artist.

She lives in Bellingham, Washington. I flew up there earlier this month to
meet her. After introducing a few twists to her, in just a few minutes she
had created a credible figure of a dragon (which is her favorite creature).
Personally, even though I seemed to have a natural flair for balloons when I
started, it still took me about two days before I was creating saleable
creations of my own design -- Christine did it in less than an hour...and
though it was a simple design, it was a good one!

Primarily, it was a bird with a long neck and no feet and a long tail, then
she used another balloon to make the wings. I had not shown her the
technique of using a second balloon for wings, or for shaping the balloon.
She "invented"them on her own. The result was a very useful, fast dragon.

Anyway, I just wanted to be a proud daddy for a moment. I'll let you know
when she is part of the list.
