Jaye and Brit -

Hi!  I'm Stacey Schmude, the eleven-year-old twister from Wisconsin.  Where I
started to show my stuff off was at our local library, and people saw me there (a
couple times) and then wanted me for their own birthday parties and programs.  If
I may suggest something small, like a library program, then work up to the big
stuff like company picnics and restaraunts.  What started as one program with
another artist has ballooned (no pun intended) to my entire summer being jam
packed with events from birthday parties to major company picnics, and even a
baseball game.  Word of mouth goes a long way in the ballooning business, if you
have a good show.

If she would be able to attend a conference such as T&Jam (Twist and Shout) she
would learn as many things as I did from the excellent experianced twisters from
all around the world.  The people at T&Jam 99 were absolutely the best teachers
and treated me as an equal even though the great age difference.  I am looking
forward to going to Twist and Shout this year.
