Hello all, and especially to Rick. You may purchase the CTI Neon Balloons 
from  the American Balloon Factory in Overland Park, Kansas. Their no. is 
1-800- 210-7328.  Unfortunately they have a minimum order of $50, but you 
might be able to ease the pain a bit by going in with a few other twisters 
for your order. The Neons sell for $5.25 per 100. Ask for Angie, as she was 
very helpful to me. They will send you some samples of the Neons  if you ask 
them.
