Vicky,
It's true about the Pogo 4.0 box/case. When we first had it designed, the
sample the box company made was heavier than the box we got. I wrote the
first promo based on what I expected. The catalog 2000 does not say it's
heavy duty cardboard, just cardboard. Any way, I'm not very happy with it
either. The pump is a very nice product that we make and the box is what
I've had to settle for from the box company.
The problem with making a really good carrier is the number I might sell.
There's not enough of a market to have a custom Samsonite type box made at a
reasonable price.
The reason the pump is expensive is that Jim machines each piece, one at a
time. If we made a case, the case would end up costing as much as the pump.
I'm open to suggestions. If someone wants to make and offer a case, I'd be
happy to hear from them.
Thanks,
Tom Myers
