Here's an idea for a "value-add" that might work for some of you.

I twist weekends at a barbeque place in Round Rock, Texas. I got a digital
camera for Christmas, and since then I've been taking it with me. When I
get a table of people who really get into the fun and get pretty decked out
(and if the pace is slow enough to allow), I'll take a quick photo and get
an email address of someone in the party. Later I post it to an Internet
site called "Webshots" and email the link to them. They can download the
photo in full resolution for no charge or they can have prints made or even
have the image imprinted on gifts. No, I don't get a cut for any of that --
but it's a fun way to provide a little added service, probably increase
tips, make their visit memorable, and build a collection of photos for a
portfolio or promotional website.

I looked at serveral other photo sites -- Ofoto, snapfish, Walmart, etc.
But none of them except Webshots would allow the full resolution version to
be downloaded by anyone other than the person who uploaded it. Others had
to settle for a scaled version or buy prints.

Here's the page they see: http://community.webshots.com/user/texastwister
