Subject: White Markers????

Hello friends!

The subject says it all!
Sometimes I like to use markers, especially for small children's balloons. 

I am sure there has been this discussion in the past but I must ask.....

Has anybody found a good white marker for balloons?
Also are there permanent markers out there that do not stain clothing especially cotton gloves.
