Hmm, Not sure how well I can describe this but...
 I fold the 260 and hold it in my left hand with the fold upwards. I then
close the palm of my right hand over the fold with the heel of my hand on
one side and my finger tips on the other and lightly squeeze while pulling
my hands apart. My right hand slides off the balloon (and usually makes a
fairly loud squeak). I pull it 2-3 times like this with my right hand and
usually end up with an suitable angle. I do this to shape a fairly simple
helmet hat into a "rocket hat" too. I think I learned this technique at
TS2K, probably from Flash while doing a pink flamingo hat?
