Listers,

After having built several free standing single stroke 260 pumps I
began looking for a faster way to inflate 160's. Here's what I came up with:

Ingredients: 260 faster blaster, 160 blaster, 2 -part epoxy from Home Depot
(or somewhere else)

Use a hacksaw to cut the tip off your faster blaster (I cut mine at the top
of the handle). I then used a drill to enlarge the hole slightly to
accommodate the 160 blaster tip (but this depends on where you trim the
faster blaster tip). The 160 blaster from TMYERS has 2 tips (use the larger
tip). Mix the epoxy and use it "glue" the 160 blaster tip onto the faster
blaster pump (don't get epoxy in the hole). If you used the larger 160
blaster tip you can now pump 160's or 260's.

Results: I can fully inflate a 160 in 2+ pumps and 260's inflate about the
same with the new tip as with the old.

Feel free to email me if you have any questions or find me and my pumps at
TJAM.
