Give them away! Don't just limit yourself to adults. I follow Marvin Hardy's
advice--twist everywhere you go. Give them to everyone who will take them (I
say something like "ALL the boys and girls should have a balloon on
Tuesdays"). You'd be surprised how many adults will get a kick out of it.
And how many will ask if you do this for a living. 

"Thank you for asking. I just happen to have a couple business cards right
here."
