Hello list:

I would like to get started twisting in restaurants.  I have researched the Balloon Guide and I know there are some books out there on the subject.  I thought that some of you out here may be able to give some more advice on how to get started.  What is the best way to approach management?  How long to work each night?  Contracts or other arrangements?  Things like that.  There is plenty of info regarding tips vs. wages.  Thanks to all in advance.
