All hospitals do not have a ban on latex balloons. I am not sure about
this, but I assume it is up to the administration whether to ban them. Most
pediatric hospitals do ban them. However, there is no ban in one of the
largest hospital chains in Utah, with the exception of Primary Childrens
Hospital.

We still occasionally twist in one of their facilities.

Check the specific facility to see what their policies are.
