Hope you've all had a better week than me--been snowed in all week here. I'm looking for some tips for photographing balloons. I'm tossing around the idea of a brochure. Photography is definitely not my strong suit. I want to be able to get the best pictures possible, and would like to know what to do with lights, backgrounds (I've already discovered that less is more), etc. I have access to a digital camera, and so far I've gotten decent pictures for myself, but they're not good enough for a brochure. I also want some candid shots of kids experiencing the balloons. How do you all go about getting permission to use the pictures? If you get good pics at a festival or whatever, do you have to get the parents' permission to use them in your literature? I have some relatives and friends that will give their permission with no problem. Thanks, Veronica aka VaVaBaLLoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoN!!!!!
