Hi Twisters:
	On my shopping mall gig I wanted to start doing face painting in addition
to balloons. I found that when I was doing one I was losing business on the
other. I brought in a lady who is a retired twister/clown/face painter who
is doing the face painting. I have the lease and have to pay rent (based on
my gross) and our arrangement is that in lieu of a salary she will collect
her own money and give me a percentage of her gross.
	The question is, what percentage of the gross is fair to both parties. The
funny part is that she wants to give me the lion's share of the money and I
want her to keep more of what she makes. We and our respective spouses are
going to have a lunch meeting to discuss how this will work. Any
suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
