I got this message in my e-mail box:

and realized I have no idea what this message is about. Special 
Events magazine? Gala award? Balloon sculpture by Royal Sorrell and 
Larry Moss? What is this all about - Larry? Royal? Is there anyone 
who can shed some light on this, like what Special Events magazine 
is, what the sculpture is, and most important of all, is a picture of 
the sculpture available at BHQ?
