Before posting ANY pictures online, I would make sure that you have
WRITTEN CONSENT from the parents (even if you areonly using them for
publicity). . . 

ALSO be careful NOT to put the kids names up, or any special identifiers
(i.e. the name of the school they attend etc.). . . In this case, better
safe than sorry.
