Get some balloon print fabric,  or any color will do.   run a seam on three
sides and a hem on top for
a drawstring.  Let your imagination go  and you will make one heck of an
impression just by showing
up with the balloons.    How about your name on the side of the bag.
btw....I have a mini-van which
makes transporting the balloons a lot easier.....    and there have been
horror stories where I left the
van door open, and the balloons flew out the door with the help of a gust of
wind.
