I offer a "Balloon Menu" with a list of creations. This can be in the form
of a piece of paper or a white board/chalk board that you can set up in your
booth. I know of one very successful twister/magician, (Bruce K.), that uses
a metal board and has his creations listed on individual magnets. When a
creation is choosen, it gets taken off the board and another is substituted.
This eliminates twisting 47 poodles in a row. Giving the customers
suggestions helps limit them to what you know and gives them an idea of what
you do.

Don't limit your colors, unless you don't have the space. The more colors
the better the selection and the better your presentation looks. Variety is
the spice of life and ballooning!

Don't worry, you'll do fine. The magic you produce with your balloons will
enthrall your customers. Your nerves will calm after the first smile you
receive.
