Ferris wheel,

Make a Chinese hat via the Sorrel's hat tape. Take a 260 of your choice make
a triangle add to the center of the hat on the on the intersecting points on
the hat, add a small round balloon.

Or make a Santa Hat, Add the Chinese hat, with the rounds added, one ferries
wheel hat.

Just my early morning thoughts on the subject.
