If they have not fired you yet...QUIT!  They are not treating you with the respect you deserve, at the very least.  I had a regular corporate client jerk me around for months about my paycheck.  After taking the abuse and not being paid for 3 months, I quit them.  Took me another 2 months to get all they owed me.
Do let head quarters know why you are leavving.  Be polite.
