Subject: Balloon Sighting

Hello friends:
    Perhaps you've all seen this, since it's been on video for a while,
but I just rented it the other night and there is a very quick glimpse
of some balloon twisting in the movie Miss Congeniality. It is in the
scene where the women are doing the talent segment of the pageant. One
of the contestants is holding up a couple of very simple 260 balloon
fish. It was very brief - don't blink or you'll miss it -- but I thought
it was worth mentioning because it gave me a laugh!
    OOPS! Apparantly, this was already mentioned on the list. Yes, I
just checked the archives! However, since it was back in January and
there are some new people among us, I'll send this anyhow.
    By the by...there was a motorcycle rider 'convention' <?> up the
road from my house at a local watering hole recently. I was so tempted
to go and start twisting balloon Harleys, but I didn't have the guts.
Anyone ever attempt such a thing among a large group of riders of
vehicles of the 2 wheeled variety? I am trying to be really politically
correct here...there did not seem to be any "affiliations" among these
folks...but they were rather well decked in leathers!
