My favorite floor pump is T Meyers' pogo 3.0 pump.  I've got it set up to
hold things on the bottom (fancy balloons, things for babies, etc.) and I
have a cover that  holds my cards on the top along with a pocket for dead
balloons, etc.  I carry it everywhere with me and don't go anywhere without
it.  It's not very sexy, though.
