The last execution in the news was not even in Texas. 
In fact, it was not even Timmy in Indy. The last execution in the news was in
the Phillipines & the man was a tourist, not a criminal.

Seems as though it's safer for tourists in the U.S.A.
than in the Phillipines and that it is safer for criminals in Phillipines than
in the U.S.A.. If you've thought about visiting there, don't!

convention, this would be one of the best. There will also be the 3rd Annual
Gospel Balloon Jam going on at the same place & at the same time(Balloon
