Subject: Balloon Sighting  ( saw it again)

This has been reported before. . . but it seemed new to me, eventhough
it was a very old program.  If you do a BHQ search for Gallagher, it
will come up. . here is a bit of info to fill in the information:

The Gallagher video in question is "Overboard".  As per the last time I
saw it, I came in just in time for the balloon tail bit.  Here, he mouth
inflated (mostly inflated) a 260 .

(not a qualatex, the color was not right, otherwise it was a long time
ago, it could have been an Ashland or a Balloon Baron or some other
mystery company from about 10 years ago when the video was made, however
the colors were pretty.)

He put it in the back of his pants and talked about what it would be
like for folks to have a tail, and how people would modify it to make it
more stylish.  He popped a poodle tail in to the end as he said this. 
THEN he said that Jewish folks would makes their changes too and
proceeded to pop off the  last 4 inches plus the poodle tailed area (oh
wow a balloon briss. . . thinking of YOU and your new baby, Sandi).   He
held on to both end pieces and let the little one go while he was
talking and he pointed the larger piece at the audiene at the audience
and said "Well, YOU know what happens to a baby when you do THAT!" . .
and he let it go into the crowd.

THEN he threw out the contents of a bag to the crowd and challenged
everyone to blow them up. The cameras concentrated on a big burly fellow
who couldn't do it and seemed ballffled by hre fact that anyone could. 
Gallagher mouth inflated his balloon and guided the audience in a
Balloon-swaying game wheer they initated the ocean, and stuff.  It was
great. . there must have been 100 ballons in a variety of colors
swaying. There were some GOOD lungs in that audience that night!
