Would this question possibly pertain to the number of twists such as lock
twist, fold twist, bubble.. etc... rather then the number of times you
actually twist the balloon to get that lock twist.
ie.. a simple dog takes a twist for the head... then a twist for the left
ear... then the lock twist that you do when you come down for the second
ear... then the twist for the neck.. then for the left leg and up again for
the lock twist for the right leg.. then a twist for the body and another for
the left back leg.. then up to a lock twist creating the last leg and
leaving you with a tail.
That would make 9 twists for this particular dog. If you chose to use fold
twist for the ears and front and back legs you could actually have it done
in 3 twists.. won't look as nice of course.. but can be done if speed is
your thing.
Hope that makes sense.
