You didn't overlook it.  I intentionally keep my books separate from
BalloonHQ.  My ads do show up like everyone else's on BHQ, but BHQ is all
about the community of balloon artists and I can't advertise any more than
anyone else.

But, since you asked, the publisher is Parma Publishing

There you'll see a list of some of the bigger distributors carrying Parma
titles in the US and elsewhere.  Many magic and clown shops also carry my
stuff as well as some Barnes & Noble stores around the country.  So if you
don't like ordering online or by phone, bring the info from the web site
into your local dealer.  If they don't have it, they may be willing to get
it for you.
