I don,t usually spray my balloons with the static guard, just the ribbons
so that they fall nicely and dont cling to the balloon. I also use it to
spray a wall or curtain that the balloons are place next to so the
balloons don't cling to them. as for the "kind" the brand name I use is
called "Static Guard" and it is available at supermarkets, drug stores,
hardware stores, etc... If anyone has a source to get it wholesale please
share!!! Another thing about static guard, If you spray your ribbons
while the customer watches they will almost always ask "what is that you
are spraying?"
and I reply "Customer Service!!" and talk about how nice it makes tha
bouquet look and remind them that they don't do that to the bouquets at
the grocery store/dollar store

Just my thoughts
