Subject: video vs book

I like both, but prefer videos, since we all learn in different ways.  It may 
be bizaar, but to cut the boredom and watch a a video, I put them on fast 
forward, and just review them that way each day, that way subconciously the 
basic ideas are going into my head and i deal with it much better that 
way.But then, I have 60 twist books, and 35 videos, and have been doing it 
for 22 years, so don't really care to learn the basics
