These are the four palm leaves. You can shape them by >squeezing them a bit. Attach them to the top of the tree trunk. I do something similar, but I pre-shape the leaves. After tying the green balloons in a loop, make a twist about 2/5ths of the way around the loop. (I use my forearm as a ruler for this.) The balloon will now look like a letter "D" Twist the two bubbles in half to make two smaller "D"s. Repeat with the second green balloon. Lock them together at the middle before attaching the trunk.
