Are there any balloon twisters in Mexico- primarily speaking in Cuernavaca, 
Guanajuato, or Delicias? I'm going to be spending a good deal of time in 
each of these places and would love to jam with someone while I'm down 
there. Does anyone know anyone who twists or twists themselves in Mexico?
