Hi there list people,
I had this same thing happen to me recently.  I very large chain of stores 
called and wanted me to clown and twist for four hours.. but ...  they didn't 
have any money left in their budget and said I could hand out my cards and 
get tons of free advertising!  I said I would if I could have two of their 
managers for two hours to work for me..  One cleaning the inside of my house 
and the other one doing yard work..  They thought this was funny and did see 
my point..  I was hired and paid well. Not to mention the store name,  but 
I'm willing to bet that Rosie O'Donnell and The Judds didn't volunteer to do 
advertising for them!  hehehehe
