I have mentioned before on this list - so I apologize for redundancy - but 
try to find another venue that pays you one flat rate - often it is not 
restaurants - I like working with hotels.  My job at Embassy Suites generates 
a flat amount each weekend (and sometimes I even do it half on trade and stay 
over using the pool, etc.).

I personally hate working for tips.  I refuse to let myself get frustrated by 
the people (and I know I most certainly would) and therefore I don't put
