I've seen the bird - love the idea - this isnb't a precise answer, but... I have the Axtell Magic Drawing Board and the dialog tapes that go with - I know Axtell makes tapes for the bird, too - and the audiences LOVE IT!  The Board is the only thing that gets me applause every time I do it - if you're too proud to use a "cheat" like a tape, please think again - they work really well!
